I'd no clue what to expect-I guess I assumed I could be acquiring some thing akin to uncut bacon. Completely wrong! A lot tastier, a beautiful blend of the greatest pork flavor with the versatility of bacon. I combined a five spice blend and roasted it-tasted similar to my most loved pork in pork fried rice.
